We are joined by Lubbock activist and friend of the show, Mikel Ward. We begin the show with a few technical jitters, but those quickly subside as we get into a variety of subjects, such as: smart meters, the Imagine Lubbock Together campaign, Lubbock Power & Light rate increases, and other city budgetary issues.
We also discuss a protest event scheduled that developed out of said rate increases, agenda 21, cover more city politics, and bring forth ideas for solutions, such as staying active, starting or joining groups like the South Plains Advocates For Freedom, and more!
